Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else from the same institute/organization.
If a registrant is unable to attend the conference and is not able to compensate his/her presence with any one, then the following refund arrangements will be done:
100% refund if the registrant with draws his/her registration before 90 days.
50% refund if the registrant with draws his/her registration before 60 days.
Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
If you are a registrant and your abstract has not selected for oral/post presentation, then a full refund will be issued.
Conference proceedings will be sent to the registrant who cannot make their presence to the conference to the address mentioned during the process of registration. If there is a change in the address, registrant should write back to us.
For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded.
No Refund will be issued if Author wishes to cancel the publication with us after completing Payment and Final Submission / After Publication process is completed.
50 USD + Transaction Charges or $ 30 USD will be deducted If the author wishes to cancel the publication with us after completing Payment but is yet to complete Final Submission.
Author may withdraw the paper and SCON will have no objection if said withdrawn. The article can be published somewhere else.
